Lost your Password?
If you've lost or forgotten your password, don't worry. It's easy to reset.
Simply click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link underneath the login box, and you can reset it from there. You will be sent instructions via email to reset your password.
Please make sure you enter the same email address that you received the activation email from.
Forgotten Your Passcode?
If you can't log in because you've forgotten your passcode, you'll need to login by entering your email and password.
- iOS (Apple) - press ‘login’ on the passcode screen and you will be prompted to enter your email/password and set your passcode again.
- Android - press your devices back button to enter your email / password and set your passcode again.
