If you've forgotten your passcode, and can't login, you'll need to login by entering your email and password. 

Please make sure you enter the same email address that you received the activation email from.

  • iOS (Apple) - press ‘login’ on the passcode screen and you will be prompted to enter your email/password and set your passcode again.

  • Android - press your devices back button to enter your email / password and set your passcode again.
