Before you get started with Emprevo, your company Admin or Manager needs to set you up in Emprevo.

Once they set you up, you should then be getting an email and SMS from Emprevo with activation link to create your account. 

It's an easy 3 steps process: 

1. Click on the activation link from your email or SMS and you will be prompted to accept our terms & conditions

2. Set your password

If you are a Worker, once you set your password, you will be prompted to download our Mobile App from Apple Store or Google Play

If you are a Manager or Admin, you can access our Web App from your desktop/laptop/mobile web browser by going to

3. Use the email address and password from the activation process to login.

If you haven't received your activation email /sms, it's possible that it's in your junk mail. 

1. Check your junk mail inbox and search for subject line 'Your Emprevo account is ready.' 

2. If you can't find it in your junk mail, then contact your manager at your workplace to check that they have the correct email address / mobile number

Activation link is valid for 14 days - If you are seeing an invalid link page when you click on the link from sms/email, don't worry, we can resend you a new link to activate your account, simply submit a request here and one of our support team will get back to you shortly.

If you need to change your email address, please contact your manager or admin directly.
